Mum Friendly VetMed CPR Retreat

Imagine a place where you’re surrounded by fellow vet mums. All with a common interest and desire to learn. And no I don’t mean a baby and toddler group. I’m talking about a luxury break, a CPR Retreat away from the norm and a place where you can connect with fellow vet med professionals and really focus on you. Sharing the challenges and highs of mum life.

Gorgeous accommodation in a converted dairy that has been wonderfully restored. Plus private chef enabling you to really focus on you and your personal development.  Surrounded by glorious countryside this is the place to completely disconnect from day to day life.

It’s not all walks and yummy food though this is where you will build your confidence with CPR. Where you can really explore how to communicate with your team, deliver CPR effectively and leave feeling ready to tackle whatever comes your way. With an amazing guest speaker also contributing to this retreat we are positive it will fill your cup!

Run by fellow mums, a Vet and Vet Nurse, this retreat is all about clinical progression and personal development. Time for yoga, and time to chat to your fellow mums who are in similar situations to yourself.

Baby Friendly CPR Retreat

Maternity leave can be a lonely time, a time where we can feel our clinical skills and confidence slowly fading. I found myself not even recognising me. As veterinary professionals so much of our sense of self worth is centred around work. I personally found the first few months very challenging and the support of fellow vetmed mums was invaluable.

We recognise that and have made it possible for anyone on Mat leave to come join us. So we welcome babies to the retreat. We’ve got discounted plus 1 rate that allows you to bring your mum or a partner. Heck, treat a friend to come help! We’ve even got you a what to pack list to help ease that mental load. Travelling with a baby can feel overwhelming and we’ve allowed plenty time for any poonamis or similar disaster.

If you want this to be an opportunity for you to focus on you then there is no obligation to bring a small person, but just know there may well be some gurgling away during the sessions. The pace of this retreat is a little different too. With plenty of time for breaks and opportunities to feed or put down for naps etc.

As well as this there will be the opportunity to certify as RECOVER Rescuer and plenty of hands on CPR training.

We can’t wait to see you and to book click here
