Introductory Bundle: £95 for 3 sessions

Initial 1 hour face to face session (within catchment area)

Can be converted to virtual if preferred or if outside catchment area.

2 Subsequent 45-minute virtual sessions

Follow on sessions: £45 per session

Can be virtual or face to face depending on location. Will be discussed at time of booking and only available post introductory bundle and not as a standalone sessions.

30 Minute Power Call: £28

In just 30 minutes find your focus and feel more energised to start working towards your goals and growing your confidence. Gaining direction and focus doesn’t need to take an excessive amount of time, you’ll be amazed at what you gain from just 30 minutes.

Day Workshop: £300

A day (6 hours) to find alignment, set goals and then start to address and work through specific challenges.

Perhaps you want to overhaul your training plan and start creating a new structure?

Maybe you want to embark on a quality improvement project or even prepare for an assessment?

Having a third party’s perspective and focus can be hugely beneficial.
